How will I reach my fitness goals?

Chat with the instructor at the start of class, and they’ll help you adjust each movement to fit your needs. Whether you’re aiming to feel more confident in your body, training for a race, or simply looking to boost your energy, we’ve got you covered.

What is the format of the workouts?

Every class is different, featuring a mix of cardio, weighted exercises, and bodyweight movements. Some days it's a circuit, other days it's an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) or EMOM (every minute on the minute). You'll never get bored with the variety.

I haven’t worked out in a while, is it right for me?

Absolutely! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Whether it’s your first time working out, you’re coming back after a break, or you’re already in great shape, every movement can be scaled up or down to suit your needs.

We all come to class for different reasons—working toward a goal, connecting with others, supporting our mental health, or simply moving our bodies. Whatever your reason, it’s valid. And the most important part is that you showed up.

You’ll never regret making time for yourself.
