Class Format Highlights:

Circuit-Based or Station Work: Move through timed stations using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises (think dumbbells, sprints, or bands). 

Interval Training Styles: We keep things fresh and effective with formats like:

  • Tabata – 20 sec work / 10 sec rest

  • EMOM – Every Minute on the Minute

  • AMRAP – As Many Rounds As Possible

  • HIIT – High-Intensity Interval Training

Full-Body Focus: Each session targets strength, endurance, mobility, and power, leaving no muscle behind.

Minimal Equipment, Maximum Results: Our workouts are designed to be effective with simple tools like dumbbells or just your bodyweight.

Inclusive & Scalable: Every movement can be modified. All ages, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.

PulseFit Group Fitness classes deliver a high-energy, full-body workout combining strength training, cardio, and functional movement in a fast-paced, circuit-style format. It’s designed to challenge you, but always with support, encouragement, and a whole lot of fun.

We offer a dynamic mix of workouts that vary each session. Whether it’s strength-heavy, cardio-focused, Tabata, AMRAP, or HIIT, no two classes are ever the same. You’ll move with purpose, sweat with intention, and feel stronger every time you show up.
