With a deep commitment to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and train smarter, Phil brings an impressive range of certifications and specialized training to every session. Certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Phil is not only a general fitness professional but also a Senior Fitness Specialist and trained in Functional Anatomy and Biomechanics, ensuring a well-rounded, science-backed approach.
